GLC (X253) [Spyshots] Spy Photos 2015 Mercedes-Benz GLC (AKA GLK)

The Mercedes-Benz GLC (X253) is the first generation of the GLC compact luxury crossover SUV range. Body styles: X253 (5-door SUV), C253 (5-door coupé SUV). It is succeeded by the GLC (X254/C254). Production: 2015-2022. Model years: 2016-2022.
The recent AutoCar article says Mercedes will adding 8 new SUV's. Other than GLA, and replacements for GLK, ML,G and G, any idea on what are the other three?

i hope Mercedes isnt getting BMW lazy with these interiors why the W205 interior is stunning and classy they should make the GLk interior a sportier version of the interior

Not following you. Can you explain? Why would an SUV have a sportier interior than the car?

Simplify where you can. I see no point in differentiating the interior if it is a winner, and the C-class interior is an absolute winner.
In fact, MB could do better to offer more consistency. The GLK has an odd ball option list (at least in the US) that is not consistent with any other model.
Mercedes needs continuity, which it has not had. I'd like to be able to get into a Mercedes and have a consistent theme.

becuase the GLK is a sporty SUV from its design to its stance outside and partially inside, besides the GLK, and ML are sport SUV variants of the C and E class.

I couldn't disagree more, especially regarding the ML. I can steer the ML350 with one finger. An X5 is sporty.

This is a result of the electromechanical steering on the ML, which is standard. The X5 steering is overly heavy, but does offer a steering assist option, which totally changes the feel. I'm surprised there are not software updates you can elect where they change the parameters. I would like a more weighted feel myself, but I am beginning to warm up to the easy steering feel. Especially having driven it a while now, and then getting in an X5 recently and it felt like steering a 65 Plymouth.

I'm surprised it doesn't offer changeable parameters as well, as the CLS' electromechanical steering isn't tuned nearly as light. I like the possibility for change though. For the record, I haven't driven an ML63 to see if there's a difference.

Really liking the new design language.
I can remember seeing new designs in this camo and trying to convince myself I liked the shape. (Example: the 2nd generation ML.) I would cross my fingers and hope that as the camo came off the car would look better. So thankful that MB has abandoned the wedge design. This car looks solid and balanced even with the wacky camo and drab wheels. Now, even at this early stage, there is little question the exterior shape and posture is terrific. We've already seen the inside and know it's incredible. Can't wait!

The proportions look really good. The longer wheelbase of Merc's new RWD platform helps in this regard.

I'm glad they're going with a sporty look. While I really like the look of the current GLK, it's clear the segment is calling for more sporty looks like the Audi Q5.

Scratches head. Four months without a whisper on this important new mode???
Bueller??

^ The new GLK with internal code X253 is expected in September 2015. :)

Next-gen Mercedes-Benz GLK due September 2015 - report

MB Passion is reporting the next generation of the Mercedes-Benz GLK will be out next year and will be followed in 2016 by an all-new E-Class.

2015 is going to be a very busy year for Mercedes-Benz because that's when they plan to introduce a coupe version (C205) of the new C-Class as well as a first time ever convertible (A205). Around September we shall see the second generation of the GLK (X253) which will grow in size to distance itself from the GLA. Interestingly, the same report mentions there will be a GLK Coupe (C253) arriving several months after the regular model.
