The C-Class Coupé has its own character

As C 300 Coupe, our test vehicle has a 245 hp two-liter four-cylinder under the hood. It responds downright snappy to the driver's commands. The seven-speed automatic switches quickly. The contrast to its series-brothers is also palpable from the passenger seat: engine and chassis tuning of the C-Class Coupé have been changed again compared to the sedan. Partially shorter rear axles are installed, with the wheel sizes ranging from 17 to 19 inches. The steering seems to be working directly and accurately, the built-in prototype sports suspension parried bumps dry and amazingly comfortable. But the best: the harder the Mercedes Coupé is pushed, the more it takes on the character of a sports car.

Market launch is in late autumn 2015

With the C-Class Coupé a large range of engines can be had from late autumn: from the four-cylinder gasoline and diesel on to V6 models and to the ultra strong AMG C63 coupe in two power levels. Finally, a convertible should also arrive. Prices for the coupe are probably just above the sedan - we expect 45,000 euros for the C 300 Coupe.

I think the detailing on the rear spoiler and the "haunches" is going to be epic. I used to love the 300CE, this may earn a similar space in my heart. A great compromise, sporty and practical.

In fact, one of the most desirable modern Mercedes-Benzes. Simple, timeless Sacco lines. Hope the new C-Coupe lives up to that tradition

So is this the surprise from AMG?? Are they going to release the C63 AMG Coupe before the regular coupe? I can't believe they would do that, but it would be really hot if they did and a change of pace for Mercedes. Fingers crossed.
