C-Class (W205) [Spyshots] 2016 Mercedes-Benz C-Class Coupe (C205) - Spy Pics & Info

The Mercedes-Benz W205 is the fourth generation of the Mercedes-Benz C-Class which was produced by Daimler AG between 2014 and 2021. The W205 C-Class was preceded by the W204 C-Class and superseded by the W206 C-Class. The fourth-generation C-Class was available in sedan (W205), station wagon/estate (S205), coupe (C205), cabriolet (A205) and long-wheelbase sedan (V205) body styles.
So is this the surprise from AMG?? Are they going to release the C63 AMG Coupe before the regular coupe? I can't believe they would do that, but it would be really hot if they did and a change of pace for Mercedes. Fingers crossed.

I'd like to see a C-Coupe equipped with the 400hp 4-cylinder engine from the A45.

Hmm, front is indistinguishable from the sedan. Was hoping for power domes, distinct bumper fascia or some design cues to differentiate the two.

Hard to be disappointed in the drive. I'm now driving a C300 4matic. I was cruising to work at 90 mph this morning and the car is rock solid. Incredible how quite this car is at those speeds.
I have started to see some issues. Had one with a bad wheel sensor connector, which deactivated ESP, HOLD, and every other related system. It was poor connection from the factory. Also, a lot of touch pad issues. I really do not like the newer COMAND. it is so much more cumbersome to access menus. just changing from FM to Sat radio is a chore.

^^^^ 100% agree about Command Tennmb. I own a 2014 CLA but had a new C loaner for my Service A. The New Command is sooooo slow and you have to go through multiple menus to just change from FM to Sat or To Phone. I never even got the trackpad to work, couldn't figure it out, BUT the drive is lightyears ahead of my CLA.

Try to use rapid access. It's that square button with the dimple in the vid below @1:10. :)
  • Call up quick access. The current audio source is displayed.
  • To display the available audio sources: glide down with one finger.
  • To select an audio source: glide your finger to the left or right and press. The selected audio source is played.

Quit standing around and show the damn car man!

I really do wish manufacturers would reveal a car in one go instead of having these "teases". It would have a bigger impact. When this C-Coupe is fully revealed we'll already have an idea what it looks like. It's virtually uncovered there, but not fully, so it's not making a good first impression at all.

This is a car I'm really eager to see. The previous version isn't something to brag about but this.. I have high hopes about it.

seems to me that the C63 coupe will be quite different from the C63 sedan. It will be wider and have fatter tires, maybe a bigger difference in character too.

This may sound slightly blasphemous, but it reminds me of the previous generation 6 series. It seems to be more distinct from the sedan than the 4 series is. There is something very shark-like about it.

Nothing blasphemous about that Marley. The old 6er (E24) was and still is a beauty.
