Very true. I think Porsche has that angle very well covered.

A delicious serving of flat 6 (3.8ltr) heaven.

No look as if it is still the same although slightly smoothed out. It still looks like two cars stuck together what with the sharper front and then the curvy rounded rear.

Porsche have confirmed engine downsizing FLAT 4 for Boxster/Cayman

No wonder Mercedes is also downsizing it's SLC engines, in particular the V8
Is there no where for me to go?
I take an interest in the V8 SLC, and then it is morphed into a V6
Then I take an interest in the Boxster, it too morphs into a Flat 4
ah well.
I think it's begining to look like PEDAL power for me. (sigh)

Do I see a SLC180? Yes, I do. A new basic model, possibly with 156 hp. Former basic was a SLK200 (184hp).

It's a nice, simple roadster. Nothing more nothing less. Definitely no where near the Cayman.

It's better, but still not good enough to dethrone the Cayman/Boxster. Gorden Wagener and crew will really need to inject the SL/SLC with some excitement come redesign.
