The Ferrari won’t have the most expensive sticker price. However it will be the most expensive to obtain as buyer will likely have spent several millions on lesser Ferrari models to get allocations.

To buy a Regera Pagani or Koenigsegg there is there laddering, you just order the car. However, with Ferrari, you must order and take delivery of a 1-2 cars every year - including models that you don’t want or need.
That is crazy branding. Wow. On the other hand imagine being that rich. I think Ferrari is solidly number 1 in automotive branding.

The status is well deserved. Tell me of another brand that refresh their car models every 4-6 years in a manner that’s revolutionary, not evolutionary. Ferrari is automotive fashion.

Is it just me, or does the front end , especially the lower air intakes are very similar to the 488 Pista?

"2026 Ferrari F250 Aperta: rendered.
In just a couple of months, Ferrari will be unveiling their latest hypercar following the heritage of the mighty 288 GTO, F40, F50, Enzo and LaFerrari.
For this next generation hypercar, codenamed F250, the brand will be fusing F1 and LeMans 499P tech into a high performance hybrid. The total output of its V6 and 3 electric motors will be close to 1400hp.
This render depicts the hypothetical “Aperta” variant of the new Ferrari model, which is more than likely to follow 1-2 years after the presentation of the coupe and be limited to less than 200 units.
Expected reveal of the F250: October 13th 2024."

Although I find the general shapes interesting, with a dash of F40, I feel like the smaller details will be less exciting, except of course if the do something interesting like having cyberpunk like taillights that cover the back surface/reach the engine cover or something.

How do you guys think this will affect LaFerrari prices? I feel like the v12 is still so special no? No matter how good the v6 is it, to me its not special enough for this type of car; that's something Bugatti got right. Should have developed a screaming v10 and have it debuted with this car imo.

Yeah a V6 is just sad. Particularly because I think a V6 per definition sucks compared to an inline 6. I thoroughly hate V6 engines.
But apart from that, yeah, a Ferrari hypercar with the same engine as their base cars? Jesus! Hyperrcars these days come with the most amazing V12, V16 or even V8 engines, and Ferrari decides to do a Jaguar XJ220? f#ck that shit.

Not to mention, all these renders look crappy to me. Hope it's just a case of the 12 Cilindri effect and the car won't actually come with that fugly black bar.

Maybe Jaguar were simply well ahead of the game. The Porsche GT1 was also a 6 cylinder hypercar and the Ford GT was another V6. If you can get the same performance from a V6 why go to the expense and complexity of a large multi cylinder engine?

Everyone has their favorite Ferrari hyper car. Some are F40 die hards, others say th Enzo is THE one. It depends on which one your grew up in your teens or twenties.

I think the new one will be magical. Look at the 296. It was expected that it would be a downgrade on the F8 but it doesn't. The hybrid component hasn't added a big weight penalty and the car sounds great.

I'm a 288 GTO guy, it the best looking car Ferrari has ever built.

Some insiders said 800hp only with the V6 and 3 EV Motor to push +1300hp.
I am not sure about that. I wouldn't think they would get more than 750PS out of the engine. Maybe they could get 800PS if they increased the engine capacity, but that still leaves 600PS of electric, which I think is highly unlikely. That would require a very heavy battery and that's not what Ferrari is going for with all the aero stuff and apparent track focus. Even if the engine is 800PS, I still wouldn't expect more than 1100-1200PS.

I don't think the engine will be 2.9L like 296 GTB/GTS, i think it will be 3.9L and a very good insider on Ferrarichat.com said it will be about 296 power for the V6 only.

3.9? That would make it the same cylinder displacement as Mustang GT500 :D
