M8 [Official] The New BMW M8 Coupé & Convertible (F91 & F92)

The BMW M8 is the high-performance version of the BMW 8 Series (G15) marketed under the BMW M sub-brand. Introduced in June 2019, the M8 was initially produced in the 2-door convertible (F91 model code) and 2-door coupe (F92 model code) body styles. No iNext is in the BMW Welt so they did not have to build an indoor track as one is already provided;).

Cool M8 but what a pity that they continue to use the same horrible and dead color

Indeed. Absolutely horrid. I simply cannot understand BMWs' (and M-Bs', for that matter) relatively recent penchant for ugly matte paints and dark, often weird rims on presentation vehicles. Self-defilement fetish perhaps ? It would be interesting to learn just how many buyers (percentage wise) actually opt for these sorts of specifications.

Had the pleasure Sitting upstairs today in the Welt with friends and marketing bodies and agencies with some Refreshments in between the skits.

Watching the usual you tube influencers and shills parade by with their entourage as if they are rock stars but everyone knows they are just a boy band.

How does Shmee afford all these cars?

M

Vloggers and "influencers" can apparently make immense sums of money with their presentations, provided that they can command vast legions of "followers". I also recall having read somewhere that this fellow comes from a quite affluent backround, is very well educated and possesses impressive business savvy. I realize that he is "polarizing" but...hey...he's quite good at his craft I reckon.

His last year's M5 was being lent by BMW, might be the same with this M8. But he does actually own an insane amount of supercars indeed.

Flamboyantly spec'd cabriolet. But somehow, it suits the car. Quite nice.

BMW M

BMW M GmbH, formerly known as BMW Motorsport GmbH, is a subsidiary of BMW AG that manufactures high-performance luxury cars. BMW M ("M" for "motorsport") was initially created to facilitate BMW's racing program, which was very successful in the 1960s and 1970s. As time passed, BMW M began to supplement BMW's vehicle portfolio with specially modified higher trim models, for which they are now most known by the general public. These M-badged cars traditionally include modified engines, transmissions, suspensions, interior trims, aerodynamics, and exterior modifications to set them apart from their counterparts. All M models are tested and tuned at BMW's private facility at the Nürburgring racing circuit in Germany.
