S-Class W223 [Official] Mercedes-Benz S-Class (W223)

The Mercedes-Benz W223 is the seventh generation of the S‑Class full-size luxury sedan, produced by Mercedes-Benz since 2020. It replaces the W222 S‑Class which had been produced since 2013.

For the C-class there are some different options for the center console:

Why not for the S-class?

I've always only hand-washed my cars. I allow myself this luxury; it's become a hobby of mine.

I'm struggling with a problem with my current car, though: when I park the car in the garage after hand-washing it at home, the brakes are usually locked the next day (probably due to the residual moisture). I then have to accelerate quite hard in the garage to clear this blockage.

Since I'm still considering buying a W223, I'm wondering if this is also a problem with the W223? Are there any "hand-washers" here in the forum?

Our vehicles are hand washed, and it's not an issue I've noticed with the W223. But I guess brake specifications, climatic conditions, garaged conditions etc. would all play a part.

Have you tried MB forums in your region?

Imaginative example. Shame that the buying experience for such an expensive and personalised experience would suck in your average Merc dealership. Sometimes the journey/experience is more important than the end result. That's where buying theequivalent Aston, Bentley or Rolls Royce is superior, magical and exclusive.

Would probably suck for the buyer of an average Merc. But if you're getting a Manufaktur S63, they'd probably roll out the red carpet.
