The Mercedes-Benz W213 is the fifth generation of the E-Class range. It succeeded the W212 E-Class models. The coupe/convertible models (C238/A238) share the same platform as the sedan/wagon, in contrast to the previous generation. Production: February 2016–2023. Model years: 2017–2023.

No comparison, really. The Elegance 213 blows the luxury F10 to Mars.

The AMG package looks far better than the M Sport F10. Although, there are aspects of the current 5 I like.

The battle between the 213 E63 and the next M5 will be legendary, and given by how the W212F treated the F10 M5, AMG might have the upper hand this time!

Exactly, Mercedes-AMG in recent years has collected mass of experience in motorsport, but also thanks to almost 50 years of company history AMG. This shows that this company is gaining a second wind. As for the E63, very curious to me a new grille with vertical grille but also completely new bumper which can be seen on cars test.
 
Yes something up with the engine lineup. For the U.S. there is only the E300 so far, even though there is a E400 being shown on the floor. Since the E300 goes on sale in summer maybe by fall we'll get the new I6 engines in a new E350 and E450 AMG Sport with 325hp and 440hp respectively. That would be so perfect.
