Portofino [2017-2023] [Official] Ferrari Portofino - California T successor

The Ferrari Portofino (Type F164) is a grand touring sports car. It is a two-door 2+2 hard top convertible, with a 3.9 L twin-turbo V8 gasoline engine and a 0–60 mph (0–97 km/h) time of 3.5 seconds. The car is named after the village of Portofino on the Italian Riviera and succeeds the company's previous V8 grand tourer, the California T. The car was unveiled at the 2017 Frankfurt Motor Show. The 2020 Ferrari Roma coupe is based on the Portofino. A convertible version of the Roma was unveiled in 2023 to replace the Portofino.
I am just glad they don't place those goofy-looking rear lights on the trunk-lid and they haven't resorted to the quad-lights.

The only rear shots are from above at three-quarters view. I wonder why... :eusa_thin;)

The previous California was a looker (I saw it at last year Qatar Motor Show) but it's styling wasn't in line with the other Ferraris and looked a bit too feminine. This new one is a huge improvement from the front and profile it is sensational. One of the most beautiful looking roadsters around.

IMO, to much gay.

What? This must be the first time I hear this, ever.

This is Ferrari 101. And still very nice looking after all these years.

Epic roofline for a hardtop convertible, the little black surface trick is neat.

They should make a coupe version. With a manual. Would fly off the shelf. No need for a suv.

For a number of years the California was the last Ferrari you could buy new with a manual. No one bought it... in fact they sold reportedly sold under 10 worldwide during the pre-California T's lifecycle. It was not worth the R&D.

Hate to be captain obvious, but a Ferrari SUV would fly off the shelfs unless they botch it up like the Bentayga. Just thinking of a Ferrari SUV makes my skin crawl.

I remember Luca di Montezemolo adamantly stating that there would never be a Ferrari SUV or 4 door, but as soon as he resigned (under pressure).... everything became fair game under señor Marchionne's direction.

I miss Luca and his fashion sense. He was truly Enzo's torch-bearer.
