Interesting they've kept the hard-top!
Perhaps it's not too late for the next SL to keep it too?
Keeping the hardtop is the only big mistake I see.
Very much hope the next SL does away with this complete gimmick. It's overdue.

Capable of unleashing a massive 600 cv and sprinting from 0 to 100 km/h in just 3.5 seconds

Yes the SL could keep its hard top as many are going to agree the SL is not comparable to the Portofino.Interesting they've kept the hard-top!

Whoever says folding hardtop hinders design, must be tied in a chair facing this car while having their balls smacked S.p.e.c.t.r.e style.
Ferrari has mastered folding hardtop.
Why cant Merc and BMW do the same ??
The cars from the ex-Fiat group don't exactly represent the best of quality and engineering. That's not just Ferrari. Whole ex-Fiat Group has similar way of development. Very fast and you see definite body only from pre-production which usually starts 6 months before production.
Massive improvement on the California, which despite it's daily-driver credentials, was never as aesthetically as desirable as the other Ferrari. With the roof up the Portofino has a profile that's a lot closer to the Superfast.
Extra kudos for giving it a V8 instead of a V6.
I suspect this car will look stunning out in the open. I wish Ferrari will stop using these heavily edited press release photos.I may be the only one, but that front doesn`t scream Ferrari to me nor does it look good compared to the T. Otherwise it looks good, the interior in my opinion is where the best improvement is at.
