The M3 Touring is becoming very popular here, it is almost as popular as the M3 sedan.

Just spotted the M3 CS Touring, one of 50 in Australia. It is very pricey though at $250k AUD, or over $70k premium over the regular M3 Touring.

I'm still partial to the single hump interior of the E90 with aluminum trim!

But I do love the pre-LCI G20 interior as well.

Literally every function has a button. No screens, driver oriented, solid as a rock.....you're doing the E90 wrong here.
I might have exaggerated with the "far superior" part, but you sure did too with "since E46"

My problem with the G20 is that the pre LCI looks outdated and tired, while the LCI plain ugly with that new screen. The E90 however will look forever good.
