A3/S3/RS3 [Official] 2014 Audi A3/S3 Sedan

This car will not be very successful in Europe, because most prefer hatches over sedans. But on the other hand it may attract new clients that want a sedan but can't justify spending on A4/3 Series/C Class. So it depends. I don't know, but something in it, reminds me Alfa Romeo 156. Maybe the proportions. Design cleanness reminds Alfa Romeo 159.

^ Yes also. It also looks like a compact A8 D3. Seem like Audi taken the best cues of all their sedans to make the A3 so perfect.

Interesting that some people find the interior cheap looking, I think it's really high quality... I've sat in both the A3 and the A-class. I find the Mercedes lower grade (except maybe their seat controls, which are worlds above Audi)
I wonder why opinions differ so much ? Do we look at different things to evaluate interior quality ?

I agree completely. The A3's interior is the class leader once again. The A-Class interior looks to be less special by all accounts.

The A class center tunnel looks straight out of rental car and that tacked on screen looks like aftermarket GPS thingy. A3 in contrast looks sporty and functional. Of course I have only seen both in pics, so maybe it will all be magically be different in real life...

Nope. The A class is even worse in real life, as the materials inside are crappy too.

I am in the fortunate position to agree, seen two at the local dealer and unfortunately the A-class does look cheap. I really HATE to say this, but it looks less premium than a Golf 7...sorry!!!! M-B All IMO, all IMO

Premium manufacturers are just not or should not be allowed to go this LOW!

Same goes for BMW, when some board member had a fart, kept it inside his gut, that fart formed a bubble that went straight to his brain and a sh!t idea was born - BMW going FWD

Surely not on Golf 7 level... more like KIA

For once, there is nothing wrong with you. You just love a well designed car, with the right proportions, and the right engine... Just like I love the 6er GC. Perfect design, perfect proportions, attractive and sexy.

I do see where you're coming from. But to me, the S3 Sedan, reminds me of another, very close to my heart car:

I'm talking about the same sleak and sexy design. Same sporty proportions. Same perfection when you look at the car. Remember, the A4 was the first Audi that really put the brand on the map worldwide. And the S4 was and still is such an amazing machine. So, for me, the S3 Sedan is like a retro Audi S4 B5.

...and given the slightness of the overhang, I'd say my remark says alot about what I think of the car. It's such an insta-pleaser!
