^^The W221 S65 AMG still looks amazing. I could never find any fault with it. Someone did a dedication thread to the W220 back in the day. It would be nice if someone did one for the W221.

I can't believe that tomorrow we will say "goodbye" to this glorious car,to the W221. It was indeed an S class. It looked very beautiful, was very very luxurious and it had amazing performances. I hope that I can buy a W221 in 3 years.

the 221 was the car that restored the faith on the S-Class. The 220 was a tour-de-force technologically and even design-wise, but it wrecked the model with quality issues. Teh 221 was a swift reversal on quality, and even design authority.

Looking so far at the 222, it promises to blow the standard on tech once more out of the water, while taking the quality of materials to new heights. It is picking fights with the Bentleys and Rollses of the world, for crying out loud. And it does so while looking not half bad.

I am excited.
