Kinda wierd to see a Hyundai that shares so many design cues with Audi's current design language. The single frame grill of the Hyundai looks like directly taken out of an Audi-assembly.

Peter Schreyer may have something to do with that.

To the new A7s' defense:

Perhaps some of more subtle creases that adorn and accentuate the full-sized real car are not clearly visible on a 1:43 or 1:87 scale model.

It is outrageous how many cars currently have a hexagonal grille. I don't understand why Audi jumped on that bandwagon?

The new Kia models tail lights looks so similar to the Audi models, it makes them seem like less of a premium brand.

I think the best looking Audis so far are A4 2008, A7 2009, A5 2012 and Prologue (best one!)
But since they showed Prologue they introduced new A4, A5, A8 and all those cars are design disaster. Sorry but it is true :/ Audi what about beauty, luxury and modern Prologue design? Do you really want to look like other cheaper brands?

As far as Audi goes, the A7 is, by far, the most eye-appealing (in my eyes). Following 7 years of production, it continues to remain stunning. It will be a tough act to follow. The Prologue concept coupe was my favorite concept car of all in 2014. The current A6 has aged well methinks. And I do like the new A5 Sportback as well.

Ah, NOW I get it !

Audis' teasers are deliberately set to aim LOW. And when the cars are finally displayed in the "full Monty", they often very pleasantly surprise.

Case in point: The 2014 Prologue Concept teaser:
