Can the experts here explain why the car manufacturers sometime use different wheels on their test mules? I have seen this few times by different manufacturers. Wouldn't the wheels weighing differently be not good for testing?

Whilst I am certainly not an expert, I would think that the manufacturers take the opportunity to test multiple new wheel designs at the same time. Like you, I would also imagine that differing weights could prove an issue. Perhaps they use the same designs on the same axle? The other added 'benefit' of using different wheels is that it almost adds to the camouflage by adding a bit of incoherency to the car's look.

I have been wondering that too.so our GCF guru plz..

They simply use what's available at the time. We don't know what they're testing EMpower, they don't always need perfectly allignment when they're for example testing electronics.

The wheels are different but they probably weigh the same, I don't imagine the manufacturer re tuning the suspension for each wheel options.

why I have problem with those proportions ? flat upright nose/Straight hood on a sports car

That's why I still don't love the SLS.

I don't think those lights will make it. That photoshop basically just copies and pastes the SL lights onto the C190. We'll probably see lights more along the lines of the E63 AMG or C63 AMG.

Car and Driver has a positively glowing writeup on this car in their April issue. They say it is the most "beautiful German car of the modern era". They say to "prepare to drool on your shoes" when you see it. I can't wait.
