They could have designed the front end to be less busy and lose the unibrow.

I have seen a Mercedes 190 E in Berlin. Black with Gray cladding. 16” alloys
Well looked after, clean, devoid of any rust. Granted the 190 is the C-Klasse in today’s Mercedes portfolio. But closer to the CLA in size.
The 190 is symbolic of brand Mercedes. Everything condensed in a smaller footprint. Visually new CLA is similar in concept. designed to accommodate alongside the lower segment above the larger EQ models. However the EQ’s are not universally favoured for their aerodynamic futurist outlines.
