M2 [Spy shots] 2025 BMW M2 CS

The BMW M2 is a high-performance version of the BMW 2 Series automobile developed by BMW's motorsport division, BMW M GmbH. As the 2 Series replaced the 1 Series coupé and convertible models, the first-generation M2 was marketed as the most basic M model in the range. Official website: BMW M
Not CS, but can't find a normal M2 thread, so posting here.

I don't care for the M2s front or rear, but recently saw one in matte gray at the dealer and those hips in matte gray is some hardcore car porn.

The pics don't do it justice.
Those hips don’t lie!

Drove the M2, M3, M4 and M8 back to back on the Goodwood Motor Circuit Monday. Was invited by my dealer to the Ultimate Driving Challenge experience hosted by BMW UK.

Have to say I enjoyed the M2 the most. All auto. Despite the M2 being the only non-xDrive on track the grips levels were awesome and the weather was against us.

The CS is going to be some car!

Better get my ticket for FoS.

4 day tickets and Saturday tickets have sold out.
Yeah, early bird prices end tonight too.

My host grew up next to Goodwood and has been every year. Going to follow his advice and try and get Sunday tickets this time. Last time I was there I met @Centurion! Can't believe that was over 2.5 years ago.

I've been trying to go every year recently, it is an absolutely fantastic event and I would recommend it to anyone and everyone....

... but I'm not going this year. Hopefully doing the Revival instead.

No M4 CS, M5 and M5 Touring?

No M4 CS, M5 and M5 Touring?

That's right. There was a static M5 saloon on display but not for driving. Only M4 CS were mine and one other owner (in Frozen green). But there was a nice red M1 and a silver grey 3.0 CSL batmobile on display too.

A relatively small event for selected customers but I think some others paid to go on it too. Ran for four days this week.

Have booked my M Drivers Race Track Driving (which came with the CS) for Silverstone in April.

BMW M

BMW M GmbH, formerly known as BMW Motorsport GmbH, is a subsidiary of BMW AG that manufactures high-performance luxury cars. BMW M ("M" for "motorsport") was initially created to facilitate BMW's racing program, which was very successful in the 1960s and 1970s. As time passed, BMW M began to supplement BMW's vehicle portfolio with specially modified higher trim models, for which they are now most known by the general public. These M-badged cars traditionally include modified engines, transmissions, suspensions, interior trims, aerodynamics, and exterior modifications to set them apart from their counterparts. All M models are tested and tuned at BMW's private facility at the Nürburgring racing circuit in Germany.
