They might make a newer AMG-lite/tuned version of the New modular M252 1.5L. could stroke it out to 2L maybe...? That might work for the AMG 35. 190hp out of a 1.5L is pretty great, and they hinted that the design is modular and they might have higher power tunes. Maybe they could squeeze out around 300bhp out of it???

Yaris GR has a 1.6 liter 3 pot engine producing 265 hp standard.
I've seen them tuned to 600, 700 hp.

It'll have Merc's patented 'from-breath-taking-concept-to-as-boring-as-an-unsalted-pretzel' look. Bulkier, less sharp, less wow-effect and just overall shittier.

Haha yeah, the Germans excel here. BMW too.

The C250 base EV seems underpowered as 204PS is the current power of the C200. It should have at least 231PS.

I hope so.

I'm really excited about what this car will represent for Mercedes. It may not be a design knock out, because of obvious EV platform constraints, but I think it will be a pretty thoroughly resolved vehicle in terms of drivetrain, interior etc. It will also being at the cutting edge of vehicle UI, Infotainment and Social Media tech, which will appeal to it's buyer demographic. Lastly, it will be pretty capable in terms of driver assistance (Level 2++), just one rung below the Level 3 S-class.

Yes. On the CLA, CLA SB, GLA and GLC EQ for sure...not on the GLB.
With the facelifts of the S, GLE, GLS and C, we get stars, but not the circle around them (at the back).

The GLB will have completely new tail lights, as teased by the "Vision V".

A bit dumpy, for sure. Still, IMHO visually more attractive than the EQE or EQS sedans. I'm also expecting the upcoming electric C-Class sedan to be quite attractive. Visually "trimmer" than the MMA sedan/shooting brake.
