Is this a completely new model or a strong facelift?
When is the A7 coming out?The Audi stand @ Paris must be huge this year with the Q6/A5/A6 and surely Q5 and The A7.
New A7 for Paris Auto Show? You sure? The Audi stand @ Paris must be huge this year with the Q6/A5/A6 and surely Q5 and The A7.
The Germans know not to mess up the crossovers.. none of them in the segment look bad.
I do think the new X3 looks the best in M Sport, but this Q5 is a close follow up.
It indeed is.. this means that the DCT is now a more robust transmission for more HP torquier engines…They’re going to a DCT for these models for out market. Interesting move.

Not really new, the DCT has been in the A6/A7 since the C8 generation. But very weird that it doesn't have the mild hybrid for the US market, though I have read rumors that it's because of issues involving the belt-starter generator recall on existing models eating up all production supply. They’re going to a DCT for these models for out market. For the Q5 in the US market the transmission change is new. The base and S models had a regular 8sp auto. Not really new, the DCT has been in the A6/A7 since the C8 generation. That's interesting. In SA - and I presume EU, UK - only dual clutch (S-tronic) transmissions were available following the last facelift. For the Q5 in the US market the transmission change is new. The base and S models had a regular 8sp auto.

RIP gloss black fetish. The cabin is almost entirely wrapped in soft touch materials, including the centre console.
