Lol, no. I tried to avoid these conspiracy theories, but I failed to mention it. No, it was dry on the hotlap, as always. Case closed.

The Nordschleife doesn't tend to dry out very fast, especially the areas shaded by trees, and it seems odd to show a picture in the wet if the lap was in the dry.

Relax, photoshoot and test are not neceserally on the same day, it's a usual methode for German magazines.

This car set a time on Spa 0,8 sec faster than Hamiltons F1 lap record from last year. This years F1 are a little faster I think, so a F1 car would probably lap the Ring in 7:20-7:30

Is it easier for driver to set laptime record when racing other drivers or coming to set laptime purpously?
