This car set a time on Spa 0,8 sec faster than Hamiltons F1 lap record from last year. This years F1 are a little faster I think, so a F1 car would probably lap the Ring in 7:20-7:30

It seems that, according to Porsche, the 919 Evo could have gone below 1:40 at Spa.
To me, in its maximum potential I can see the 919 Evo being faster even than the 2018 F1 cars (under F1 rulebook of course, if unrestricted it would be another matter).

Yes and as I understand the LeMans racer are better suited to the bumpy Ring than F1 cars, so a F1 car would in that case be slower around the Ring.
 
This is likely the fastest that anything can go around the Nurburgring. I'd say that even the amazing 2004 and 2007 F1 cars would have difficulties matching that time.

Maybe it will be broken sooner rather than later.

Aston Martin's Adrian Newey-inspired hypercar, the Valkyrie, is so extreme that it could challenge for the outright Nürbugring record, which was broken last week by Porsche Motorsport's 919 Hybrid Evo racing car.

Speaking at the weekend's Austrian Grand Prix, Red Bull Racing team principal Christian Horner told Racefans that the Valkyrie, not his team's Formula 1 car, stood the best chance of beating the enhanced World Endurance Championship (WEC) racer.

"I’m not sure a Formula 1 car could actually do it, but I think that the Valkyrie — certainly the track version of the Valkyrie — could be a contender," he said.

Well they have always claimed it will do laptimes as fast as a F1 car, so then it's logical that it will be close to the new Ring record. It will be interesting to see ehat the street version will manage, 6:11.....?

Aston Martin Valkyrie could challenge for outright Nurburgring record | Autocar
The Valkyrie is just a ghost car. Until this thing is actually fully launched and driven on a track then I will believe what he says. I personally don't believe it will be as fast as the 919 around the N-Ring
 
For what we know until now, the power chain should be:

Unrestricted 2018 F1s > Porsche 919 Evo >= Top 2018 F1s > Top 2017 F1s >= Average 2017-2018 F1s > Valkyrie AMR Pro (at least on paper and going by promised figures) > WEC Porsche 919 Hybrid

If truly the Valkyrie AMR Pro will be so fast to potentially be capable to enter the top 10 in the current F1 grid as promised, then it will be an utter monster given that it will still be derived from a road legal car (albeit a mad one, given the specs of the Valkyrie).
Still, as crazy as it sounds, it wouldn't be enough to match the speed of the 919 Evo.
