Return of the Queen? Maybach Cabriolet (Vision 6)

That is the question, what will Mercedes do with this, where will it end up or show in production vehicles? I think they're still gun shy about the W240 Maybachs to produce a stand alone Maybach product like this, but with such a design it would be a hit.

MB has already disappointed us with Ocean Drive, we haven't seen this one in production yet, but it was without any doubt an amazing design of its time. But I could see lot of inspiration from this one on W222 including the two-spoke steering wheel, dropping line (mild one in OD concept), cleaner body than W221, etc. So we can hope or rather wish to see some inputs from Maybach 6 on W223.

The Ocean Drive is the S Cab, Hani.

Well I have to disagree Bro. With OceanDrive Merc have showcased a four door cabriolet + the design was showcased during the W221 era which wasn't the one came with W222. Infact there are few things like the two-spoke steering wheel, dropping line (on mild way) and wide air-vent on front bumpers (similar with FL W222) have appeared in the new one, but the upright stance and stately look of the OD is more elegant than W222. I again with that W223 will adopt more design from Maybach 6

Do you know of any plan to bring something based on this vision´s to production?

My take:

The Maybach Vision 6 provides a perfect design template for future M-B automobiles. Especially in view of BEV drivetrain platforms and the architectural/packaging opportunities that they offer. The Maybach Vision 6 embodies the "Sensual Purity" design paradigm more compellingly than any other M-B automobile, regardless of whether production vehicle or concept (the EQS concept is simply far too lounge capsule pod-like). The sculptural interaction between the concave and convex mated with an exquisite execution of the wheel arches/wings/haunches and flush wheel fittings (no "tricycle effect" as seen on the C238s' or C257s') is an example of masterclass. The design speaks for itself, is timeless and renders accentuating vents, ducts, trim and excessive sinew superfluous. It would also further distinguish M-B automobiles from their competitiors (Audi taking a 3-dimensional "vascular muscle", eTron GT similar route on future automobiles...BMW...I actually have no clue.).

I would think that applying this to more pedestrian sedans, estates, sedoupes and coupe/cabriolets is something that could be accomplished should M-B decision makers choose to take this particular route. In the BEV age, compelling design will be an increasingly crucial factor in determining the desirability of automobiles.

^Not just concepts, but production cars too. I just don't know how does she make it...Every exclusive car is reviewed by her.

Most top journos get Production cars no matter how exclusive it is.. but its rare with concepts even though its pointless without proper powertrain

In November 2014, Daimler announced the revival of the Maybach name as a sub-brand of the Mercedes-Benz S-Class (W222), positioned as an upscale version akin to the more sporty Mercedes-AMG sub-brand.
