I think bmw need to do a big job for this 5 series generation
Cause as my opinion the f10 is much better than the f90 even now when i see is the street still i feel the f10 has more stylish design than the f90..which is disappointed

Somewhat agree the F10 still looks fantastic today especially against the G30 preLCI but I think the LCI G30 restored order but I can’t disagree the F10 is just beautiful even by today’s standards.

Is it me or the car looks shorter than the current gen ? I know it’s probably the same length or maybe even longer but in this specific shot it looks short

Personally, I think it's just a matter of perspectives the way the picture was taken. Obviously from a distance and with a long lens.

A long lens from a long distance is the best way to capture the proportions of a car accurately with minimum distortion. A short lens at a close distance will distort a car far more - generally a bulging middle and really short overhangs. Accepting there's camo involved, this is the best indication of overhangs you will get until the specification PDF is published at launch!
