This is why many people hate EVs and especially Teslas. Because all this attention seeking retards grab on anything so that they can feed with some extra views. And by retards , I don't point just at the owner , but also on Unilad and other news outlets that publish this things.

First of all : He "owns the car since 2013" , but he doesn't know how to open the hood without power?(it's a simple latch in the side of the bumper , just pull and the hood opens)

Also , if he really owns the car since 2013 , he bought a first gen car and hoped it will get over 10 years without issues? What car over 10years old does NOT have issues? Especially first gen cars.

Also , "over 140k" ? WTF . There was no such thing as a 140k Tesla in 2013. Not even the Ps , and he does NOT have a P

Also , Tesla does not "lock you up" because of the battery. Maybe the low voltage battery is out due to aging. Any car has the 12V battery replaced at some point. But again , as I said above , the bonnet can be opened manually with just a pull of a tap. And can manually jump wire the car without issues.

Also a red flag : He has a brand new Ferrari in the garage , but a 2013 Tesla? This does not add up , like , at all.

This is what is wrong with this world. Social media has turned everyone in absolut dog s**t people. Everyone is attention seeking , and will do anything for it , including fabricating "news"

Just imagine a non EV dude looking at this s**t , not knowing he is just fabricating all his issues just to get attention. He will conclude that all EVs are trash....


As a parallel , I bought my W222 in 2013. And had timing belt issues with it , a notorious issue on many many M278 engines(rattles when cold) , and it costed me over 10000euros to replace ( the engine needs to be removed from the car ) . Did I post on social media , because MB charges over 10k for an known issue? No, of course not. Because it would have sounded idiotic . But if you add "TESLA" in the title...See how the fun starts....

Tesla does not look good right now. I don't think they will invest even more in a car that is not a financial win .

Model 2 is delayed . Roadster is nowhere near.

A new Model S is excluded...

It's funny how he complains that the Track Package that includes the ceramic brakes is 20k , but 10 seconds later mentions that the Lucid is 3 times the price of a Plaid....

At the end of the day , both Lucid and the Plaid are pretty much dead.

Model S due to age.
Lucid due to poor sales.

So they spent a lot making the pointless Cybertruck and not update the body panels of their flagship car. I understand why its not selling, 100k EVs are almost dead but a new exterior, maybe a cheaper RWD smaller battery should improve the sales.

Absolute madness how fast the Sapphire is:

Just think about this for a second, compared to F fast ICE super saloons:

Sapphire - 0-200km/h in 5.8sec (1/8mile (201m) sprint)
BMW M5 CS - 0-200km/h in 9.7sec (about 350m approx.)
Mercedes AMG GT 63S E-Perf - 0-200km/h in 9.4sec (about 320m approx)

So it absolutely destroys those ICE saloons.

I guess most EV adopters already know that Tesla is the best EV maker so they don't need to prove anything with an unpractical 200k Roadster, nobody will buy it anyway.
I think that people who buy 200k cars want luxury, brand name, rarity, which Tesla has none of this.
A starting price of 70k for a Model S should improve the sales.
