Cayenne Official: Porsche Cayenne MKII

The Porsche Cayenne is a series of automobiles manufactured by Porsche since 2002. It is a luxury crossover SUV, and has been described as both a full-sized and a mid-sized vehicle.
I may not have been paying attention, but to me, it looks like it is actually bigger than the mk 1 not smaller, as it looked from the beginning.

I had a dream where I bought this car. Weird. Maybe it's left some sort of subconscious impression.

The back of the white Cayenne is what a Seat SUV would look like, I swear!

LOL. I had a dream where I drove a F10 5er with my father (RIP), in the most godaweful color BMW has, Tasman Green or something similar. Green is not even available in any shade on the 5er, making it extra weird to me...

That rear on the White one looks terrible....looks too much like a VW.

M
I think it's worse than VW. VW is much less interesting in design but much more complete in overall design. IMO, of course. Porsche should only design sport car. Just look at 918 concept. :t-banghea:t-banghea

Sorry to hear about your Pops.

Weird, maybe he wants you to have an F10. :D

Maybe in order to keep your ego in check he wants it to be in an ugly color. :D:D

I'm glad to see some of you are slowly realizing how butt-ugly this thing is... C'mon the white one is just terrible. The rear is a complete failure, the lights, the plate-holder, the wing, the weird lines on the bumper...

While the front of the Turbo looks like they ran out of material and decided to make a front composed only of holes...

Interior on the other hand is so far the best I've seen on an SUV, Range Rover excluded.

I've got it!!!

Apart from my reasons already given why I like the new Cayenne, I just realized one MAJOR factor why it's so much more appealing than the previous generation,
simple actually....It does not look like a VW Touareg with Porsche overtones it looks PURE PORSCHE!!!

I agree with klier - he nailed it when saying the back looks like a SEAT. Now you've gone and spoiled it a little for me. B@stard. ;)

Just the backlights and the bumper cutline. Those details scream SEAT somehow. For the rest (side, front, and the back without those lights from that angle), it's typical Porsche and it looks good :)

Well, I am BMW fanboy because he has driven like 20 Bimmers in the past (he even had his own BMW dealership 25 years ago), so dreaming about my father in combination with a brand new Bimmer isn't really weird, since I wouldn't be posting here without him in the first place...
But it was the first time I dreamt about him and a BMW, so it was special still...He was really there, and I was really nexgt to him in the new 5er, with him driving and me riding shotgun.
Oh well, it was a good dream!!

The rear really looks horrible in those real life shots. I was on the fence about this SUV, now I may be swayed back to thinking its a FAIL...:t-hands:
