This thing looks hot! Never though I’d say that with reference to a Cayenne.
They have really nailed the design (Especially exterior) with this latest Cayenne! Porsche can't seem to go wrong these days!
...I have had wonderful times in the first gen NA V8 Cayenne GTS.
Better engine too. Straight six over V6 every time - Cayenne Turbo notwithstanding. I'd also go with G05.I’ll take a G05 over a new Cayenne. Better interior, better tech and better driving position.

I have owned both and basically agree. The only weakness in the design of the Macan is the rear-end which could be better resolved, especially from the side profile. I had a Macan Turbo and the drive was also much more nimble compared with the Cayenne GTS that we currently have. The GTS is more of a blunt instrument if you will.Normally I like the big suv designs better than the smaller, but with Porsche I think the Macan has a much better design than the Cayenne

Certainly. Firstly, it is the previous generation so please keep that in mind. My overall impression is positive however I think it drives a little "harsh", noisy and abrupt over irregular surfaces even in comfort mode. On the highway, great vehicle. It does not have the air suspension like the Macan Turbo did which I think makes a big difference. The Macan was also much more agile and had a more refined drive. The trade off of course was interior space. The transmission was much more engaging in the Macan. Can you tell me more about your driving and ownership experience with the Cayenne GTS? It's next off the rank if I can't sort out charging arrangements on the Taycan Cross.
Thanks mate. So you have the V6. I'm most keen to see if the new vehicle will deliver the driving experience I'm after in a new vehicle. I'll be test driving both the Taycan and Cayenne GTS next week Tuesday if things go to plan.Certainly. Firstly, it is the previous generation so please keep that in mind.
