M3/M4 [Official] 2021 BMW M3 and M4 [G80 & G82]

The BMW M3 is a high-performance version of the BMW 3 Series, developed by BMW's in-house motorsport division, BMW M GmbH. M3 models have been produced for every generation of 3 Series since the E30 M3 was introduced in 1986. The BMW M4 is a high-performance version of the BMW 4 Series automobile developed by BMW's motorsport division, BMW M, that has been built since 2014. As part of the renumbering that splits the coupé and convertible variants of the 3 Series into the 4 Series, the M4 replaced those variants of the BMW M3. Official website: BMW M

The Next M3 will be electric.

Yes and it's gonna be a morbidly obese soulless ugly POS. Not to mention that BYD will buy BMW, because the Chinese are bending the Germans over a barrel and showing all their provinces when comes to electric cars.

Well it is Pride Month.

So I finally had a change to drive an M3 Touring for half a day.

Probably the best all round car I have ever driven. Absolutely amazing machine. What an engine/drivetrain.

Launch control was most impressive lol

Not quite the power slides I was expecting.

I did make some videos. Might upload them later with launch controls, power slides and doughnuts :D

Great, Isn't it more comfortable to drive it with shoes?

Yeah but socks only is even better LOL. And besides, it was an auto gearbox obviously, so not much feet work was needed other than using two feet for launch control.

Man, I cannot believe BMW didn't certify the M3 Touring for the US :(

Thank the obese US bureaucratic apparatus for blindly enforcing age-old regulations which have little to no relevance left with regard to modern vehicles. There is frankly no need to crash-test a car like the 3er Touring now, after they've already successfully tested the 3er sedan and M3, and after all 3er variants for that matter have already undergone stringent crash-testing in Europe and elsewhere in the world. Like what are the chances that something suddenly goes wrong just with the Touring?! And that's while absurd engine tuning, a million aftermarket bits, razor slim tires, wheel spacers, spinners, i.e. parts which may tangibly modify a vehicle's handling or just fly off, are perfectly legal 😏 These regulations look like nothing more than disguised protectionism.

What's next...

I think the idea is that what's next is general acceptance of peoples sexuality when it differs from the norm, at which point there's less need to actively try and normalise what's different, and such events fade in to obsolescence. Whilst things like pride remain the butt of peoples jokes, the communities it represents will still understandably want to push back....

<straight face>

As older people with impaired brain plasticity die off, events like Pride become less important, until then ...

... I have to confess, I'm not aware of the link between Streetgasm and pride, but I'm probably not as intimately plugged in to the LGBTQIA+ community as SCOTT is...

Looks fun though...

They’re already uploaded to his onlyfans; become a subscriber and get full access. Is really good, and occasionally @LaArtist appears on them.

Ahhh, you’re not talking about those videos. 🙈

OMG... LMAO!!!!!!!

Yes indeed. In fact, so well disguised that it even applies to domestic manufacturers!

Exactly, BMW is simply too cheap to go through the rounds to get things done.
I hate it, because I would love my U.S friends to be able to buy one of these.

If it's any use...
The Touring is selling so well that they might consider assuming the expense of bringing it to the USA with their own profits at any time.
Now that there is no competition from Mercedes with the C63 ;), is even more convenient

Per the "Future BMW Information" thread on Bimmerpost, they did a re-evaluation for a business case in the US for the M3T in December 2021 and chose against it. Maybe third times the charm? But that's IF they give it a third chance.

BMW M

BMW M GmbH, formerly known as BMW Motorsport GmbH, is a subsidiary of BMW AG that manufactures high-performance luxury cars. BMW M ("M" for "motorsport") was initially created to facilitate BMW's racing program, which was very successful in the 1960s and 1970s. As time passed, BMW M began to supplement BMW's vehicle portfolio with specially modified higher trim models, for which they are now most known by the general public. These M-badged cars traditionally include modified engines, transmissions, suspensions, interior trims, aerodynamics, and exterior modifications to set them apart from their counterparts. All M models are tested and tuned at BMW's private facility at the Nürburgring racing circuit in Germany.
