I love small sedans and fell in love with the concept right away...
The S3 Sedan is IMHO perfection... if only there was a 2GC... I don't have the time to wait for it

this is a neat little car, looks good! You see the good thing about it is that Audi manages to put a "junior" look to its A3, it still gives you a more rather cute look compared with its bigger brothers, and still manages to look very good and appealing. This compares with the 1series F20, where I think BMW adopts a similar thought to apply a junior look to it, but way too junior and dumbs the car down too much, hope the LCI and 2er will fix it.

Only concern is the S-tronic (aka DSG) gearbox which i really dislike. Last time test drove a new Jetta and that gearbox was rough, but the car was brand spanking new.

The s3 sedan is by far the greatest audi sedan design ever. It wipes the a4, a6 and a8 off the Map. Exquisite! Finally audi, some interesting, cutting edge design! I wouldn't hesitate to order one of these as a daily driver. Beautiful, nippy, efficient and practical!

Bingo Audi, bingo! They kept it as beautiful as the concept was, and made it even better! I can't find one thing wrong with the S3 Sedan. Perfect proportions, perfect design, perfect interior. Audi has got a winner right here. And the performance of it is mind-blowing. It's even the old RS3 territory. It's a good day of being an Audi fan today.

Oh, and last but not least, the one who complains about Audis pressphotos, has just gone up with the wrong foot today. I have always loved them, and I damn hope that they wont change anything. Perfection.

The motor industry is in for a very rosy future based on your "plans". If only Deckhook wouldn't keep cancelling all of his orders.

The A3/S3 sedan will allegedly be the last representative of Audis' current exterior design theme. Chief designer Wolfgang Egger, as well as R & D chief Wolfgang Dürheimer recently alluded to the necessity of introducing a new design paradigm. While this will not necessarily harald a "revolution", future Audi sedans/Avants/Sportbacks/coupes/cabriolets will reportedly feature design elements not yet seen on Audi cars. Flank sculpturing will be modified considerably (especially the so-called Tornado line just above the rocker panels-making way for a more concave, more symetrical indentation as opposed to an upward sweeping crease), for example. Roofs will become less ellipse-like and "flatter". Grill and lamp graphics will also be heavily modified. And of course, far more visual differentiation between the separate model lines. Or so the story goes as reported in some German motor press articles. The "on again, off again" A9 concept (should it be revealed at all) may be a good indication of what to expect in the future.

Indeed, the A3 sedan IS handsome.

Disagree, maybe for an Audi sedan but even that is stretching it. Too many Audi wagons with sexier rear ends.

As an aside, if I have one complaint about the car and I am really nitpicking here, it is the quad exhausts - a little out of character for small compact sedan, but I guess RS will correct that.

Well, I had problems with it to, when they presented the 3 door version. But in this Sedan version, it looks really good IMHO. Better then the catastrophic single exhaust in the RS Q3 for sure

I kind of see the S3 Sedan, as a BMW's 6er GC. Perfection at any point. Design, presence, sleakness, proportions, beauty.
