Haven't seen the W222 in real life so from the pictures it really look the best here.
The 7 series is also a good looking car especially in that white color IRL. I have seen plenty of them and it surely look far better on the street and in the white color. The 7 series is the next best design here. I wish the front lights would be a bit sharper and not waivey. The Jaguar is very attractive in black color other than the front where somehow it reminds me off an elephent with that big hanging nose and very small eyes oops lights. That imo is the weakest point of the Jaguar design, but the XJ is third best here imo. Audi A8 would have been nice if the A4 had a different design. I have seen plenty of the new Lexus and the previous one with same body was a bit better. The nose is quite unattractive on this upgraded design. The best Lexus design was the original one maybe because of the W126 influence imo.
Design wise, as far as street credintials are concerned a long wheel base gun metallic grey W221 would still beat them all, even the cars from the boutique marques in my honest opinion IMO.

Show me how to option it so it does not have those horrible black plastic buttons and vents. Only thing that differs in the pictures you posted is an AC unit where there is a storage slot.

1. If you look at the armrest there are more controles for the seat´s iDrive and there are screens. in the Autobild pictures there is nothing from that and this is what makes the difference.
2. Yes, they did the comparo but you could post fairpictures like me which are worth to compare to the full spec s-class but you didn´t.
3. Before the new s-class was unvailed the A8 was the BOSS of the backseats why didn´t you hate mercedes and BMW at this time ? A yes because this would hurt your feelings because Audi was better at this time. When BMW unvail the G11 I´m sure they will resolve the problem an there will be more options for the back seats.
4. The W221 did cost more then the F01 and the Audi A8. So was it worth the money? No it was not but poeple did love the image and they will pay for that.
5. The w222 is so new and KING why ddn´t it have a new gearbox? Its still the old 7G? It is the ultimate manager car and is full of goodies in the back seats but why it don´t ahve the fastest Hotspot and the BMW do? Hmmm The problem is YOu ARE A BIG FANBOY and I don´t want to reply on thi topic because you still don´t want to understand that poeple don´t buy cars becauer they are better, they buy cars because they prefer a brand. Somebody would pay 100.000 euros for shit if he want to do this.
I like the new S But it isn´t all GOLD what is shining every of this luxurycars (Audi A8, BMW 7, Mercedes S) have its pro and contra points.

I'm not sure anybody can afford to spec them. They're a seriously expensive option.
Seriously, I have touched them on several occasions and driven many 7 Series' with the option, and to the touch it doesn't feel any different. Looks a bit better though.

No its been bad all along..those buttons in the 7er were bad from day one, they do not belong in the segment.
The S class forever and ever outsold the 7er, no matter how you twist it.
Even in the last year of the W221s production it sold more than the 7er, and even when the 7er was brand new it sold less than the S class.
And yes ive touched the ceramic i drive knob..those others applications you are talking about i have not.
