To those who find it a distraction, I think I've come up with a solution: There ought to be a button on the steering wheel where it'll display the info as long as that button is depressed. Of course, for those that likes to have it constantly engaged, that can be done. Not a bad compromise, right?

HoH, I'll never look at Mr. Gordon-Levitt the same way. Every time I see him, I will now think of a toy monkey with cymbals.

That's the F125! concept, first shown at the IAA. It uses gesture control for many infotainment functions, which is why it's at CES.

That's a ballsy move, pushing artistic metaphoric controversiality into a Corporation. This is where Marketers talents are truly tested. Did Che really wear that M-B cap? I hope they didn't exploit this by putting their symbol on him, which would be in bad taste for a few reasons.

It's awesome and if it's going to be fitted in the new SL soon (asuming soon will be before the summer of 2012) it sure as heck will be in the new S-Class.
But isn' it a bit distracting, I mean speedo and distance-hud is just fine, but as a Merc. fan it think this ''Apple Mercedes iWindscreen'' is a bit exaggerated.

BTW Do you need an iPhone or any other ''smartphone'' to use this system?
