We had that picture (along with one more) posted a while ago. If I remember correctly, the picture dates from 2011, and the designer was Hussein Alatair, who then went to BMW, and designed those beautiful lights we saw on the 4 Series Coupe Concept.

Wow good drawing @DJRaze99 that looks quite realistic the back lights similar in execution to the C-class. Your car has a bit of W211 look to it in the back lights.

I like the design of the C- and S-Class rearlights. But I hope the next E will get rearlights with a more separate design.

The bold thesis , the shape of the top LED light passes down the bumper so in my opinion it will be unlikely to coincide light tailgate , they might also occur but nothing certain .

Can't believe the US only sell a few different engined models of the E-class, in my small country South Africa we have a much bigger choice of engine variants to choose from from E200 to E63 AMG S, diesel and petrol.
