Virtual cocpit looks stunning. I expect new A5 will look inside and outside at least one level above BMW 4.

You know that Im a BMW fan and in more than last 10 years I only had Bimmers. BMW 4 series concept was stunning and final car could be stunning too. Unfortunately I can't stand orange colored tail lights with regular bulbs, when almost every new Chinese car got full LEDs and also interior looks cheap - regular handbrake, those gauges from 1 / 3 series doesn't belong to a +60.000 EUR car IMO. Also shame is what exhausts tips 430d got - IMO it should have at least double sided exhausts. My friend's facelifted A5 sportback inside feels class above F36, which I had last year. This is reason why I will most probably give to a new A5 sportback or current (facelifted) A7 a chance.

Well sure, to each his own. Those bulbs clearly don´t affect me as much as they do for you. Nor does the exhaust placement.

Audi will up their game, as they should, in order to move ahead of BMW:s current design.

Interior design will certainly be ahead of the 4er, even better than the C coupe IMO. But the drive will be miles behind the two, thanks to its platform and basic FWD versions.

The current drive of the new A4 is not miles behind its direct competition I would say it's on par and in some instances more rewarding then the current offerings from both MB and BMW.

I would always refer and never consider purchasing anything less then a Quattro drive when it comes to Audi.

BMW knows they need to address the quality and standard of their interior design. I believe we will soon be seeing fantastic BMW interiors once again.

That extra part in the upper side of the headlight is going to ruin the front end.

Both the pre-fl and post-fl headlights of the current car looked better.

Still looks far better than the fugly new lights on the facelifted A3 and on the new A4, so I am happy.
I don't like the swooping character line though. Never liked it. Not here and not on the current, old A5.

Fair enough and agreed. The current 3er/4er interior is becoming outdated fast. And it will only get worse when the new 5er launches.
