What exactly don't you agree with about my post, @nikola1984? You think sales figures are an accurate indication of how good a car is? Don't get me wrong, I haven't driven the new G30, but I expect it to be absolutely superb. You cannot deduce this from sales figures, however.

a substantial of these 35000 5 series sold is still the old f10 model. The f10 5 series is going at massive discount in China and it is selling around 10k units per month

I would love it if AMG started offering the level of customisation Porsche does. People are willing to pay for vehicles that are truly special.

In terms of design it is going to be a bloodbath. CLS, A7 or AMG four door coupe...

My only fear is the CLS will be held back to let the AMG shine. The carryover E-class interior is very telling.
