i feel conflicted about the Koenigsegg engine. initially, I was excited, and i still am.....


But....
Part of me wishes this engine was Italian-sourced. Irrational, yes.

100 % agree ..I feel the same.

But, beside Ferrari and their F154 V8 and Lamborghini and their L411 v8 (with 10 250 rpm redline), I don't see any other Italian manufacturer of v8 engine.
And I'm not sure they would adjust their engines for Kimera.
Italtecnica only v8 comes from modernized Porsche 928 V8 for Porsche Nardone.
