Is it early? We're a year off the LCI start of production.

Seems pretty much spot on for a normal BMW Lifecycle.
So with the delay of the W223 FL, these could debut within 6 to 12 months of each other?
The best of both worlds…
How so?Appears to be a much more elegant model than the current one.
I think it might be a trick of the camera.Compared to the current Pre-LCI version the nose of this mule seems much longer and pointier. The grill could be different. I don't find it any more elegant in my opinion.

I don't know how you can really conclude that. Basically have no idea how it's actually going to look, the DRLs are totally hidden, can't even totally see the full outline of the grill.Appears to be a much more elegant model than the current one.
Don’t think so. The sheet metal remains untouched. The plastic parts however, like a large part of the front and rear, could surprise us in it’s details. Different lights perhaps?Do we really think BMW is going to do a full re-skin for the FL?

That's just camo, allied to weird camera focal length. Like any facelift, no sheetmetal's going to change. Bumpers, lights (maybe) & grill...Looks rounded out instead of the monolithic pre-facelift. But then again it could be the camo and/or my mind desperately wanting to see a change.
