interesting, the reall production light reveal a similar design to the X1 and 3 series facelift but not a direct copy.
Hi Scott27. ?? I wonder if those flush, or known as the traditional door handles are going to be adjusted and redesigned on the actual G60 production vehicles (similar design with the current iX and latest G70)? Or are they (BMW) going to keep these door handles exactly the same style as the prototype models?A look inside.

Thanks for sharing! Somehow I think these traditional door handles are characterising the E39 vibes.I think they will remain the same just like The 4/i4.

So far all I see is e39 vibesE39 vibes would be great, not seeing it yet with my old eyes yet. E39 is one of my favorite BMW's, owned one for a time way back when.
I don't know about the G60, but I read you E60 and I remembered his anecdotal story, I think it was a Japanese man (I don't remember his name), who died before his creation was presented to the public, I hope I'm not wrongWho designed the G60 5-series?

Those headlights are totally a throwback to the E60. There are also a few throwback to F10 too, especially the greenhouses.E39 vibes would be great, not seeing it yet with my old eyes yet. E39 is one of my favorite BMW's, owned one for a time way back when.
Like the 7, it seems a combination of several stories and a lot of the futureThose headlights are totally a throwback to the E60. There are also a few throwback to F10 too, especially the greenhouses.
Definitely agreed. I think the recent G70 7 Series is a combination of E32, E38 and E65/E66/E67/E68 with a little bit of continuation from the G11/G12. While the upcoming G60 is probably a mixture between E39 and E60 for the most part with a small element that has borrowed from the F10.Like the 7, it seems a combination of several stories and a lot of the future

As a person who was born in 1999 (currently 23), the E60 along with E65 and E90 were my earliest childhood memories of BMW. Then F01, F10 and F30 came over and released during my preteen and early teenage years. This later evolved to the G11, G30 and G20 in my mid teen towards early young adult years.Hopefully not too much E60 which is one of my least favorite BMW's. The Bangle era was not my cup of tea.

I see the G60 especially the outline and that short sloping trunk evoke the E12 and E28. The high character line and sharp angled headlights from the E60 and the detailing at the rear from F10 and G30.E39 vibes would be great, not seeing it yet with my old eyes yet. Rather like a mix of both in the trunk, the fall of the e12 with the rectilinearity of the e28and that short sloping trunk evoke the E12 and E28
