Hopefully M-B production/assembly facilities will get all screws tightened properly, the doors, hatches, aprons and lighting units properly aligned and get the paint "right". If Ola wants to remain credible regarding his "moving upmarket" agenda, the company that he directs better start producing products that are worthy of a "premium/luxury" status in all relevant criteria.

As I've mentioned before, the iX and the EQS have almost the exact same shape. BMW used a lot more styling tricks to stop their EV SUV from looking like a van. The EQS camo is hiding some of the body sculpting but it's not going to raise your pulse. I've seen it person and it is instantly more palatable than the EQS...although the EQE is my current favorite.

I think these are going to sell well although the interior has some of the same material pitfalls as the EQS.

Nothing about says Mercedes at all. It's a totally anonymous blob.

M

It does say Mercedes-EQ, however. People on this forum are going to have an agonizing ~6 years until these EVA2 vehicles are done lol.

So when you say your current favourite is the EQE you mean Sedna or SUV.

For Me I would if I was in the market take the SUV anytime over the sedan I think the shape works well on the SUV I love the interior especially the spec above looks very nice.

Hopefully the rear seats are comfortable and you even get a seven seat option. Looks a very big vehicle I think it’s bigger then the IX.

length 5200 mm

So this is the first 7 seater electric besides the Tesla ?

@Serpens so above you said you prefer the EQE did you mean the EQE suv or sedan ?

Anyone pricing wise will this be above or same or below the sedan ?

Does this compete the IX of the EQE suv ?

The EQB actually seats 7, but not counting that yes I think so (+Chinese domestic market only vehicles). Pricing will be higher than sedan as usual. The iX basically fits in between the EQE and EQS SUVs in terms of price.

I preferred the EQE sedan in terms of looks, but I strongly suspect that will not be the majority opinion.
