While not being a big fan of SUVs per se, I suspect that M-B will have done a very good job regarding their EQS/EQE "sport utility" entries. In terms of design as well as technology. Exterior design aficionados who are high ride height vehicle averse may be forced to wait until the first MB.EA/AMG.EA "lowriders" (aka sedans, sedoupes) are presented in order to be appeased.

I feel like that the greenhouse of the EQS goes more into the direction of the Q3 Sportback, the camo is misleading us I would say.

The EQS SUV will be leading the charge but both will debut this year. I'm expecting the EQS SUV to be at dealers by fall if not summer but the EQE SUV not until early 2023. I'd love to say these could be shifted forward but I'm staying pessimistic these days.

I calculated both for at least 2023, it seems to me that the EQS just started testing in the middle of last year?

Mercedes has been pretty clear about launching the EQS SUV by the end of this year in investor presentations. The Maybach version won't arrive until 2023 though.
