X6 [Renders] 2020 BMW X6 (gen III)

I hate the X4, but this new X6 looks like the sleekest and best looking SUV coupe the world has ever seen. The long wheelbase, wide body and strechted roof really do wonders to the SAC design. The X4 looks like a Golf ball, but this here sure doesn't.

The Cayenne coupe, GLE coupe and whatever else will need to go back to the drawing board very soon.

Only...

I know. The 2er Gran Coupe gets frameless doors.

The X6 continues to have the fastest roof line, but that's not translating to best looking to me. Especially with that busy rear end treatment. I will wait for the final product of course but this doesn't look better to me than the 1st gen X6 yet in my eyes.

Aaah, this is the jumping to early conclusions part because we've seen some weird angled frog eye shot of a car in the factory? An M version no less which automatically is more 'busy' because of the quad exhausts, diffuser and M specific reflector.
Or can you see through the camo?

My observations were about the spy shots only. I'll wait for the press shots to see the details, but the proportions are best in class by far.

I think I addressed the "jumping to conclusions" part thoroughly enough in the part of my post that you conveniently left out. My thoughts were purely on what I've seen so far too.

Believe it or not, hiding under that cover is the all new X6 (G06).

It recently got a special preview with select media, business and automotive representatives, as well as some lucky clients, here in Bucharest, Romania. Not much left until everybody sees it officially...

X6 is a looker. Far more sportier than F16 which I felt the X5's front did not suit the sportier intention of the X6.

The F16 did hold the lap record at Big Willow until the Urus and Cayenne broke that record, the new one should be more capable.

It looks like the hood is sculpted such that the lines are projected from the kidney grille, sort of a milder version of the Nextgen M Sport concept.
