On my way, I passed by the Porsche dealership, and lo and behold, they had the Panamera. On my way back, I figure I stopped by and take a quick look at it. Pictures and online videos do not do it justice...It's quite a nice looking car. It was a black on black turbo with 20" spyder wheels. As Merc1 said, it feels like you're in a plane cockpit, especially with the sport seats. There was plenty of headroom and legroom in the back. There was an silver S outside with 19" wheels and that looked good as well. As Merc1 said, is it good-looking? Yes. Is it dropdead, achingly gorgeous? No. Would one be happy with it as a daily driver? I don't see why not as it felt comfortable and has enough amenities to make one blush. Unfortunately, there was no time for a test drive as I did not expect to even stop by there today. But I was once on the fence regarding the Panamera but I am a big fan of it now. Well done, Porsche!
Also, there was a black on black GT3 with black wheels...the definition of bad-ass.

Y'know what I liked about the doors? They're on gas struts. You can open them to any position and they stay put. None of that multi-stage hinge thing that has the annoying tendency to sproing your expensive door out onto a clapped out Camry that parked like a tonsil.
[Not that I'd ever park my Panamera next to a clapped out Camry of course...]

Finally I no longer feel insane after having defended the Panamera's design for 3 years now Even more so I find the rear-end to be ingeniously refreshing and makes the car highly captivating. A sedan shape would have been incredibly boring and a super sleek shape like the Rapide would have been disastrous for practicality. The interior is breathtakingly stunning in beige and the performance is.........unrivalled. It's safe to say that the Porsche Panamera is now the king of four door saloons.

Yeah, I'm most certain that comparisons were posted some weeks ago. Regardless of that, one just have to compare the spec sheets to discover that the Quattroporte is more expensive but slower.

the funny part that I was almost unexcited by the arrival of this car. But once I laid my hand on it, drove it. OMG I was blown away. I drives like no other saloon on the market right now. My wife call it my new GF Imagine how jealous she is. BTW she drove it and she was speechless for about ... I think till now

Yeah but the Quattroporte is an amazing pleasure factory, i wanted to know if the panamera was only a cold fast machine.
Congrats man, looks very good, btw why are majority of cars white in UAE ? Is it because of the dust and the extremly high temperature ?Quattro whaat ?

Shonguiz: Maybe because of the heat but White is really my favourite color, I can't imagine my self owning a different color for the next 10 years. White is the only color that doesn't age in my eyez. Other colors are just trendy to me and gets boring in a year or soo ..
