Eventually, there will come the time when I spot a G70 7er in oncoming Hamburg city traffic. Somehow, I'm suspecting that this particular visual will evoke a remote sort of "Escalade/Denali vibe". Towering, dwarfing all other automobiles surrounding it, intimidating and...somehow...very "out of place" to the point where it could be perceived as "offensive".

You will. I have seen a few camouflaged examples in Berlin.

He has a dictionary next to him to make his sentences deliberately as difficult and hard to read as possible

Range Rover interiors are nowadays a masterpiece. I cannot imagine there so much acrylic plastic as we see in the 7er, or so bad integrated multimedia screens.

Yet it’s a welcome change in BMW interiors. They were clueless and bussy since they’ve lost the plot after Bangle’s designs. So removing the tacky crystals and patternfilia we have still the best BMW interior up to date.

It would be nice to see a toned down version of the 7Series interior that's a middle ground between the bold design and the sophisticated cabin of the 2-Series Active Tourer.

I personally think that a middle ground between the bold design of G70 and the sophisticated cabin of U06 is likely to happen with the forthcoming G60 and G61 in terms of balancing the two aesthetics.
