That’s what I was referring to Luw. But our new prices are so obscene (f*** the luxury car tax) that even used examples are overpriced. By the time they become reasonable in price they are out of date in terms of driver and infotainment technology. Not that dad would care. But I do and I drive his car 70% of the time lol.
The funny thing is the W222/C217 facelift (along with the E-class) is the first MB facelift in a long time where the tech is relatively future-proof. It's reached the same level as idrive Ver. 4.0/5.0, meaning it'll look fine and be intuitive for at least 4-5 years.
I always the thought the COMAND in prefacelift S was a work in progress. Lots of features, but too layered and at times un-intuitive.
The new MBUX shown at CES is super cutting-edge, but the current impletation is good enough.
