E-Class (W213) [Official] Mercedes-Benz E-Class W213


The W213 Mercedes-Benz E-Class is the fifth generation of the Mercedes-Benz E-Class, sold from 2016 as a 2017 model. It succeeded the W212/S212 E-Class models. The coupe/convertible models share the same platform as the sedan/wagon, in contrast to the previous generation. The high-performance Mercedes-AMG E63 and E63S versions of the W213 have been available as well from 2016 (as a 2017 model), and these are the only versions with V8 engines.

Remote Parking Pilot is enabled by smartphone over a Bluetooth® connection. The app specifically developed for this purpose by Mercedes-Benz can be subscribed to at the relevant app store and activated via the Mercedes me portal.

I think it's over Bluetooth as well. If it's over the Internet, it will take a while for commands to be sent and received. I see this when using the Lexus Enform app.
 
The new E-class wagon is looking really hot as an AMG version.!
 
Just saw one for a very brief moment - I find the back end to be easily distinguishable from the C and S - it is much 'meatier' than C, and more compact than the S. Wish I had a chance to see it from the front as well.
