What I said was got from a shop manager in my local RR dealer when Phantom VIII was launched in my city by the end of last year.He told me the platform of Phantom VIII and Bmw G11 were basically identical ,only some materials were different.all the parts are produced in the same factory in Germany.
Bmw is German's Toyota, which is very good at cost controllin...
Funny you're the only one saying this. But then again, you have inside info, which makes you special.
I don't understand.
This is supposed to be a luxurious BMW, why this piece of plastic exists here. Damn it!

Truthfully, the car needed another 20 cm or so in length to actually make it spacious in the rear, but that would make it look ridiculous from the outside. A smaller Van probably has more room inside.
Why am I mentioning this van in an thread about SUVs? It's arguably one of the most incredible three row cars money can buy. Its features, practicality and sheer hauling capability are near unrivalled. It can also be specced with captain chairs that slide backwards but also side ways.
Oh Yeah!I'm really not a fan of that Sunstone colour... at all...
Anyway... when do we see the XB7?
And I live next door to a super model but this doesn't mean that I have some private relations with her.
^ Maybe he is referring to the 2020MY (US methodology). But, anyway, 2019 will be the year.
I have heard the so called aluminum spaceframe of new RR family is basically identical to CLAR of Bmw but without Carbon Core technology.Bmw didn't want to invest big moneys on RR because of group profits,RR still share many Bmw parts including platform with some minor change.
