@klier these configurations and pics can be confusing so I understand @Mick Briesgau question about the colour, I even think it could be some kind of brown colour, depending on the light on the paint work.

Quite so, Rolf. The word "Zeder" makes me think it's green. It looks greyish however. Hence my question.

I see what you mean, Mick.
Based on this configurator pic it's hard to say.
I thought it's a kind of Platinum Silver we have seen the first time at the 3-series LCI and 2- series Active/Gran Tourer.
But in a direct comparison especially with a real pic of a Platinum Silver coloured car the Atlas Zeder looks more greenish and Platinum more brown.

For a comparison (between Atlas Zader and Platinum on the one side and between configurator and real on the other side) I have posted a configurator pic and a real pic with the same exterior of the F31.

to me it is a bad review and they look like that they want to insult the 7er in every possible way.maybe they are right in some points as the interior part where mercedes have the best interior !!

This was one weird Head to Head... You could tell that if they weren't being bias, they would've given the 7er the win on exterior design, but they couldn't admit to much of anything positive about the BMW without following up with an insult.

LOL. Yes it was a CRAP comparison no doubt. But the BMW being better looking is not a fact. It's your own subjective opinion.

Whatever these guys say in this comparison is all their own subjective opinions about their preferences for the cars looks and interior design. Their comments were comical in my opinion and yet some were actually quite valid, but like Mick said everyone has their own opinion including you and me about which they think looks the best.

Fact is, you don't know what my opinion is on which looks better cause I haven't said it. You're assuming, but you can say I did too so it's all good.

Wrong. If the roles were reversed, I'd still think they were bias and I wouldn't consider it an honest win for the 7er.

Despite their conclusion lining up with the general opinion, their tomfoolery took away from what could've been a pretty good head to head. It was too much about personalities and too much blatant bias. Oh well.

It was a harsh review but let's not forget that those are amongst the most expensive luxury cars money can buy. You are allowed to be a harsh. However they could have flattered some of the 7-Series good point - after all it's better ahead of other alternatives such as the Lexus LS, Audi A8, VW Phaeton and Hyundai Genesis.
