The nicest G30 I've seen to date, so I had to take a picture. Reminds me of Deep Sea blue on my 650.

If you look closely, you'll see the NYC-must bumper guard.

Scott, when can we expect the M550e and the 540e?

@SCOTT27 I'm also join the question :)

Scott was completely off with the launch date of the G30, so there is no reason to believe he would know the release dates of specific versions of the G30.

Even when he appears to be giving insider info, he isn't really. A few days before the M5 was launched he proudly posted it would have "around 600 PS". Er, yeah, anybody who hasn't been living under a rock for the last two years could have posted that.

There are other insiders who know far more, and @rs271 is kind enough to post info from other sources when he gets it. Scott is now moribund.

I swear I thought I saw some kind of chrome line on the rear bumper, but that's just a reflection of the street markings on a very clean car :D

Note to self: Buy a beaten-up old car if I ever decide to live in snowflake cuckland NYC.

...or any other big city.

Ever been to Paris for instance? There way cars look over there is simply a crime. Not a single car without damage. I went there once with a week old brand new car: NEVER EVER AGAIN!

Had to check that first ;). For all other members:

I've been asked three times now to drive the new 5er. Should I do it?
Is it big change compare to previous generation.?

If only for the sake of this forum, do it and review it with nice Swedish backdrops in the pictures..
I mean come on, you even like taking pictures. This is such a no brainer!

A shame you even had to ask this here.
Just don't compare it with your bike or Fiesta!

Thanks a lot, Mick. :)

Yes you should, the 540i is a joy. I'm going to hate giving it back when my car is fixed.M
Been trying to get a hold of a 540i for a test drive, but so far none of the dealers in Sydney has a demo car, most of them are 520i or 530i.
