The front arches are wider, the back are the same as a S3, could explain why they went with 225s at the back?
I would have thought the wider arches are as a consequence of the wider tyres at the front, not the other way round.
For those who prefer the modern technology of paddle shifts, this will place the RS3 at a significant advantage over the 1M Coupe.
, the reality is that it's all to the benefit of handling, that's why they increased to front track to a greater extent than the rear and why it's rubber is the wider.
