Oh hello!

I know the X6 has the M-Sports Package, but it actually looks quite good there. Of course the wheels still look at least one size too small, but the X6M will address that.

I particularly like the overall design of the rear. Still a bloody big car though!

Even though it is a bit of a chunky monkey, I like the look of it from this angle.

Compared to the current X6, they've really tried to flatten/widen the rear-end. Giving it that squared-off look makes it look less round and bulbous IMO. They should've given this thing an active rear spoiler (ala 3GT) just for the fun of it!

Has this vehicle officially debuted anywhere yet or is this just going to go on sale without any big splashy introduction? It is gorgeous though and very pricey, like 95K for a loaded V8 model.

I have to see this car in real life to be able to make my final judgement of the cars styling, but looking at the pictures I don't think it looks as good as the previous generation X6 which looked really great after it's facelift.

Its interesting because I remember years back a Mercedes customer telling me that he despised the X6 and everything it stood for and was glad that Mercedes were not following with a similar monstrosity.
Will need to follow up on that.

I can't figure out how to post up pic's and comments on the same post. Sorry. The above pic's are the F16 X6 M50d with full on M Performance Parts. I've not seen these photo's posted anywhere else. Big catch with this set of photo's. The first and only...that I've ever seen.....BMW sourced Fixed Caliper 4 Piston brakes on any BMW X vehicle ever. I'm excluding full on "M" models. You could order many aftermarket "Big Brake" Packages for X vehicles...first ever from BMW directly...Hope the "Big Brakes" spread to all the X vehicles. Btw....except for the drilled rotors....these brake calipers look identical to the ones I've shot on the F86 X6 M. Thanks. PalBay
