Oh God. These two last pics are absolutely amazing. The interior IMO is absolutely best in class, how perfect... And the front is a piece of art. Can´t believe I´m speaking with this word about an Audi, but this brand has really come up with its design.

Uhm, it's cool to go with the popular opinion and all, but this is coming from you? A mod should know better. I could start a serious Audi vs BMW flame war with that quote. I am past that now, and for all I care you think an M5 looks like an E30, but it's still not nice to read.

On topic, leaving the M5 out of this: these real life pics of the RS6 are absolutely stunning indeed. The car looks siiiick (I can't believe I'm saying that )

Yes, but it was Martin, and it didn't. People take him seriously and don't think he deliberately creates controversy and tries to stir up trouble, something which you openly admit doing.

With regards the RS 6. This is the first time I would ever take the Audi version over the equivalent M model.

To Martin's defense, this very fact, that the M5 looks "quite", doesn't draw that much or attention, or just doesn't have the presence of the RS6, is a reason many (including me), love this car. It's a true wolf in a sheep's clothes, as were all the older M5 (maybe with the E60 M5 being the only exception).

It's far from a fact, very far. I actually agree with everything being said here, but some will not share this view
It's no biggie, let's continue on about this magnificent machine.

Audi is on freakin' fire lately. This RS6 is likely my favorite car with four doors right now. The sheer aggression and power you can feel just by looking at it is staggering indeed. I seriously thought the S6 was my favorite until I saw this. Granted, the S6 is probably more relevant and appropriate-looking, but man this RS6 is just one of Audi's best. The only thing I would change are the seats. I prefer the cobra look of the S6 to the honeycomb, but it is still by no means a problem. I also appreciate the quattro nod in the front. Although it isn't something I'd subscribe to, it is executed in quite a classy way.

Interior looks crazy as well. That steering wheel is probably the best I've seen in Germany right now. The M one on the 3er comes really close, but this one just exudes athleticism and quality.

RS models is where Audi's blandish looks come alive IMO, all of they look more aggressive and could tear you a new one than any equivalent rival. And this doesn't stop with the exterior because the same is true on the inside.
