Not my car but I still enjoy driving it. Why did he buy it, well he didn't buy it he contract hired it and the reason was the deal we got simple at that.

Maybe you should look up the rates down under, you might be surprised as we were and take the plunge.

No, I don't need your explanations, I'm not against any drive configuration, unlike you who are always ready to badmouth RWD cars whenever is possible. I just was highlighting your lack of coherence, in this case, in just a couple of hours.

Then again, why should RWD be that dangerous when the driver has common sense and he can control the amount of power he wants to be transferred via the rear wheels to the road, given the levels of available grip?

In any case, nothing is dangerous when you know how to handle it.

I think it was Monster who actually suggested that but it's not dangerous just that was cold and damp as it usually is here until late May you can't use much of the M5's performance. But even then you are still making considerable progress down the road.

In any case, nothing is dangerous when you know how to handle it.

FWD/RWD/AWD are all dangerous if you drive beyond your ability.

Take the M5 and RS7 as examples of this, yesterday where I live it was soaking and if you'd turned the nannies off on the M5 the slightest flex of the right foot would have placed its tail well into the path of oncoming traffic...

or how RWD cars find your head strangely appetizing?

As a daily driver I prefer a quick confidence inspiring machine than something that wants to bite my head off if I flexes my right foot at the wrong moment, but remember this is my preference of my daily road car and not necessarily something I'd prefer on the track or even as a weekend run-a-round.

Another glowing review for the F-Type Coupe! It's like mini Ferrari F12, but more accessible and it's a fantastic sports car. Although the Cayman and 911 are brilliant, they are perhaps are bit too well groomed and familiar while the F-Type is more of a maverick that will make you feel like you own an exotic. For its price, there is not many cars like it - the closest alternative is the V8 Vantage, but it's now an old car.
